Privacy Policy

The short version

The calculators on Grade Calculator run entirely in your web browser. The grades, scores and course details you type are never sent to a server, never stored by us, and never shared. There are no accounts and no sign-ups.

What stays on your device

• Calculator inputs — processed locally in your browser tab and lost when you close it.
• Theme preference — if you use the day/night toggle, your choice (light/dark) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It contains nothing about you and can be cleared any time in your browser settings.

Server logs and analytics

Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic request logs (such as page URL, time, browser type and approximate region) to keep the site running and secure. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they measure page popularity in aggregate only — they do not contain your calculator inputs and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Contacting us

If you email us or use the contact page, we receive the name, email address and message you provide, and use them only to reply. We do not sell or share contact details, and you can ask us to delete a conversation at any time.

Third-party links

Articles may link to external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites; check their policies before submitting information to them.

Children

The site is designed to be safe for school students: it collects no personal information from anyone, of any age, through the calculators.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with an updated date. Questions: contact@gradcalcolator.com.
